Many people searching for Chinese dramas dubbed in English want the long television series. This page is about the short ones, the vertical dramas from the apps, and where to find them with English audio. The answer has changed a lot in 2026.

We counted every upload labelled as dubbed on ten official YouTube channels of the short drama apps, 20,332 videos read between 7 and 15 October 2026.

Where the dubbed uploads are

634 uploads, about 3% of the total, say in the title that they are dubbed. They are concentrated on a few channels:

Official channel Dubbed uploads Typical length When
GoodShort Episodes 264 20 min Sep 2025 to Sep 2026
StardustTV 217 about 2 hours May 2026 onward
DramaBox 74 19 min Nov 2024 to Jan 2026
MoboReels 43 19 min Nov 2024 to Dec 2025
ShortMax (two channels) 35 24 to 30 min 2025 to 2026
FlexTV 1 2 h 23 min May 2026
ReelShort, GoodShort Moments, My Drama 0

StardustTV: whole dramas in English, almost every day

StardustTV is the standout. Since May 2026 its official channel has posted 217 dubbed uploads, 211 of them over 50 minutes long, typically just under two hours. In September 2026 alone it posted 85, and there have been dubbed uploads on 101 different days since May.

Most are marked 【ENG DUB】 at the start of the title. The channel also posts the same kind of drama with subtitles, marked 【Multi Sub】, and 19 series appear in both versions, once subtitled and once dubbed into English. If you prefer to listen rather than read, search the channel for “ENG DUB”.

We cannot confirm that each StardustTV upload is the whole series; the descriptions also point viewers to the app for the full series. We looked at that question in what is StardustTV.

GoodShort: openings, romance and fantasy

GoodShort’s Episodes channel has more dubbed uploads than any other, 264, but they are shorter, about 20 minutes each: the opening of a series rather than the whole of it. Most are romances; about a third are fantasy or game-style “system” adventures, and 35 are in widescreen rather than the usual vertical frame. It posted most of them between March and June 2026.

DramaBox and MoboReels: an earlier wave

DramaBox and MoboReels posted their dubbed uploads mostly between late 2024 and the end of 2025, at around 19 minutes each.

They also did well with viewers. DramaBox’s dubbed uploads have a median of 26,577 views, above the channel’s typical 19,972. MoboReels’ have 18,163, about four times its typical upload.

How this compares with the app catalogues

We have counted dubbing before, from the other direction. In the series catalogues we hold, ShortMax labels 91 of its 402 series as dubbed and NetShort 8 of its 717, which made ShortMax look like the only place to find dubbed short dramas in quantity; that count is in are short dramas dubbed.

The YouTube channels tell a fuller story. Measured by what the apps post publicly, StardustTV, GoodShort, DramaBox and MoboReels all offer far more English-dubbed material than the catalogue count suggested. The two counts measure different things, the catalogue labels and the channels’ uploads, and both are true.

Where to watch, in short

  1. For whole dramas dubbed in English, free: StardustTV’s official channel, searching “ENG DUB”. Expect about two hours per upload.
  2. For a 20-minute taste of a series in English: GoodShort Episodes, searching “ENG DUB”.
  3. Inside the apps: ShortMax marks dubbed series with [Dubbed] in the title, and FlexTV and FlickReels show “dubbed” in some series names on their websites.

If you want the original audio instead, StardustTV posts subtitled versions too; for other languages, see short dramas in other languages.

What this does and does not show

It shows where the apps’ official channels post uploads they label as dubbed, how long those uploads are and when they appeared.

It does not show the original language of each series, or that every minute is dubbed. The labels are the channels’ own. We did not check each upload’s audio. Nothing on this page describes what anything costs.

What we measured

Every public upload on ten verified official YouTube channels of short drama apps, 20,332 videos, read through the YouTube Data API between 7 and 15 October 2026: title, upload date, length, frame shape and view count. An upload counts as dubbed if its title says “dub”, “dubbed” or “English dub”. Catalogue figures come from the ReelShort, NetShort and ShortMax catalogues we hold. App websites were checked for dubbed series names on 15 and 16 October 2026.
